FotoZoomer offers three avenues for getting help:

1. Support ticket system: In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we use a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket so that we may respond.
2. Phone: Our phone number is (702) 485-4421. We can be reached by phone Monday through Thursday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern Time, (5:00 am to 5:00 Pacific Time). And on Friday hours are from 8:00AM to 4:00PM Easter Time, (5:00am to 1:00PM Pacific Time)
3. Email: Our support email is: support@fotozoomer.com. Monday through Thursday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern Time, (5:00 am to 5:00 Pacific Time). And on Friday hours are from 8:00AM to 4:00PM Easter Time, (5:00am to 1:00PM Pacific Time)

Please note that a ticket will be created on your behalf when using any of these three options so that we may document support requests.
